1906 Vehicle Registration Laws In 1906, the Provincial Government of Alberta passed a Provincial Motor Vehicle Act. This Act stated that the owners of vehicles must “register with a Provincial Secretary and take out a permit. He is given a licence and a number and is requested to carry the number exposed and to carry lights at night, bearing the number on the glass…” Today, you don’t have to be a male to register a vehicle, but you still need to carry a license plate and have lights on your vehicle.
Of course littering is not right and no one should do it but sometimes that bag of food just makes the car smell really bad and they have a long drive and need to get out. The best solution would be to try to find a near trashcan but if they aren't near one that's just what happens. Everyone has been a couple minutes late to work and speed a little bit, just that they aren't too late, but why should they get a fat ticket for trying to get to their job on time to feed their children, themselves at home, but no now they need to pay an even bigger bill. The Enforcement is just looking for someone to get in trouble they don’t care if it's a criminal or an honest mistake by a good citizen, because the enforcement gets paid either way
If the speed limit is higher there will be more people uncomfortable driving on the highway. This increases the chance of road rage, causing more lane changes for the people who are comfortable to get around the slower drivers. Collisions at greater speeds, heightens the risk of

With that in mind, “. Drivers cannot control what other people on the road are going to do, so it’s important that they put themselves in a solid position to avoid the consequences of any risky actions others may take” (“The Importance of Defensive Driving and Safety”). Lastly, not following the rules of the road, speeding and misinterpreting the concept of defensive driving can increase the number of car crashes and deaths and put lives at
Speeding is the act or practice of exceeding the speed limit. Speeding is very dangerous. It is not only dangerous for us, but for those around us. Injury Facts, 2012 Edition tells us that thirty-two percent of motor vehicle fatalities involve speeding. That is such a large percentage that can easily be decreased if everyone, including myself, would stop speeding.
These two articles are about illegal street racing one is about the ‘good’ things about illegal street racing and what it helps in and the other one is about why is it bad and dangerous and mostly of these street racers are teens from the ages of 15-22 and they don’t consider dangerous going 10-15mph higher the speed limit and it’s really dangerous not just for them but for the other innocent people. But in some way it’s good because it’s like a addiction and that’s good because most people have drug and alcohol addictions and racing it’s not as bad as drugs and alcohol. But it is bad because it is illegal but some people like it because of that reason. And teens get inspired because of some movies like The Fast and The Furious , 60 seconds and
Speed limits have nothing to do with death and fatality rates. If people stick to drive on a certain speed limit, concentrate on their driving and drop their phones from their hands, this would benefit the society and benefit us as drivers from experiencing accidents and

The higher the speed limit, the more likely the crash will be severe. There happens to be proven research that shows that speed has little effect on how fast people drive. “ People are capable of finding a good speed without the following the speed limit signs” (Boyles). Sometimes the driver gets distracted and loses his or her focus on the road. Speeding and being distracted, even by the smallest things, can cause an accident or even life threatening injures.
When you’re running late you tend to go faster than you normally would trying to get where you’re going on time. A lot of younger people just love the feeling when speeding, it gives them a rush. There are many other causes of speeding besides the two mentioned, such as an emergency. When an emergency comes up most people don’t think clearly and juts want to get to where they’re going so speeding seems to be their option.

Speed limits are set generally to balance road traffic safety concerns with the effect on travel time and mobility. Speed limits are also sometimes used to reduce death, consumption of fuel or in response to environmental concerns.
Most teenagers think that being able to control the car while speeding means that they drive well. Increasing the driving age will significantly condense car accidents. While some people say teenagers can develop independence, the driving age should be raised to 21 because the level of obesity is high, teenagers are immature, and car accidents are increasing rapidly. Firstly, teenagers are the ones who are most likely to act in such reckless and
Considering that there is the high fuel costs, people still believe having their own mode of transportation gives them more perks than relying on the public transportation system offered to them since they do not need to be stuck in a transportation that is in poor condition. Another cause of traffic congestions in a lot of places, especially in rural cities that do not have traffic lights are the traffic enforcers. Despite not happening all the time, there are frequent instances where the traffic enforcers, who are supposedly the ones that should be controlling the traffic and making the flow of traffic run smooth, they somehow worsen the situation in the
