Arthur Miller is a very popular author who wrote many books about communism. His beliefs are very interesting and most importantly, affected people’s way of thinking effectively throughout the years of his writings. Something that was most important about Arthur Miller were the key events he experienced in his life. “Arthur Miller is considered one of the greatest American playwrights of the 20th century. His best known plays include 'All My Sons, ' 'A View from the Bridge, ' 'The Crucible ' and the Pulitzer Prize-winning 'Death of a Salesman. He had worked on many projects with Kazan, who had testified and identified members or former members of the Communist Party, and Miller reportedly broke with Kazan over his “friendly” testimony.
