Graffiti is also vandalism, it can promote gang violence, racial slurs, damage property, and make property value go down. It is true that graffiti can be considered vandalism but how graffiti is vandalism. Even though it might be art, and it might be cool it is not allowed, it is against the law and if your caught doing it you could be arrested pr a fine. It is illegal because they do not have permission to do what they are doing.
