ASDA is the second largest super market of UK. ASDA founded as Associate Diaries and Farm Group but later on shortend to ASDA in 1965. It majorly focus on electronics, food clothing, toys, home furnishing.
Ii became the subsidy of Walmart in the year of 1999 and hence enabled the Walmart to enter in the UK market. ASDA is one of the major employeers in UK, over 175,000 workers working under various formats viz. Distribution, Supermarket, Superstores.
ASDA as its in the retail field its success depends upon the trained and engaged employees providing great services to their externel customers. Keeping all in this in mind ASDA wants to be considered as the trusted emloyer.
