While on patrol, I was checking Pleasant Hill Primitive Baptist Church on Needmore Road and observed a burgundy Tahoe sitting stationary, close to the woodline of the church. I exited my patrol car and approached the driver side of the Tahoe. I quickly recognized the driver as William Anthony Thomas, who has a felony warrant with our agency. Thomas was then detained until further investigation. Thomas name was ran through dispatch and they advised that he had a felony warrant for DUI-Felony.
Tpr. Harris informed the driver that he had been stopped for following too close. The driver gave Tpr. Harris a Hertz rental agreement and a New York driver’s license which identified him as Alshard A. Barker of Buffalo, NY. The passenger also provided a New York Driver’s license which identified him as Zayron J. Raspberry.
Supplemental Narrative: On 09/24/15 at approximately 1350 hours, I, Officer Artaz along with Officer Reece responded to 311 Dodge Street apartment 7 to assist Deputy Sparks and Deputy Buffington with executing a felony warrant. The wanted person was identified as Gerald McNeil (DOB 03/26/82). Upon arrival, Officer Reece and I escorted Deputy Sparks to Gerald's apartment. Deputy Sparks knocked on the door and a short time later Gerald answered the door. Deputy Sparks asked Gerald to step out into the hallway, so they could talk.
On 05/06/17, at 11:43am, I Deputy Warden N. Christian was dispatched to 523 S Wayne Ave on a dog on dog or cat attack, no known owner. I arrived at the location and was met by Columbus Division of Police (CPD) and complainant Raquel Fuentes. I asked what happened; Ms. Fuentes stated that she was taken part in a community event by assisting with neighborhood clean-up with her dog (small white terrier) when a brown/white Pit Bull came out of nowhere and proceeded to attack her dog. With the assistance of passerby they were able to get the brown/white Pit Bull away from Ms. Fuentes dog.
On 10-03-2016 at approximately 0950 hours, I Security Officer James Argyro made contact with a male now know to me as Anderson Oberman DOB 03-02-77, who was walking around the gaming floor not actively playing any machines for no less then 20 minutes. I made contact with Oberman and informed him that he was being asked to leave for loitering and who need to leave all Tulalip gaming properties for no less then 24 hours. Oberman left out the south east doors. Synopsis: On March 1, 2017, I, Officer LESSANE, with the Beaufort Police Department, responded to the incident in reference to a shooting incident. Upon arrival, I made contact with the property manager who provided me with the following information. Upon arrival, I stepped out with a male subject wearing red and green pants, who advised he was on his way to the kangaroo on Clay Street at Old Highway 27 to get some juice for his house. The subject stated he was coming from his house on Adams Street near Walnut Hills restaurant. Officer Maria Grady asked the subject for his name and he gave two different names. First, he said Robert Moore and then he said Robert Earl White. Officer Grady, along with Officer Matthew Barnes asked for permission to search the subject and advised to go ahead.
