It could close the doors for good within a year. So it falls on training and development to work with both areas. Develop a plan for better communication and training. Work separately with HR to come up with a hiring process and a list of what they are looking for in each area of operations. Performance seems to be the key when it comes to customer service industry if they can greet you with a smile on the face and welcome you to the shop. Shawn makes sure that his employees are aware of the whole process on what his employees need to know. The thing is do the managers know what needs to be trained on. By using the open book management philosophy, it makes the company run smoother. Due to the fact Shawn is hands on with his employees to the farmers. Seeing the farmers are partners in his business he also shows them how well the company is doing and gives them their 10%.
