A high success rate is needed for the company to cover the substantial amount of investment needed in order for AstraZeneca to be able to carefully screen employees, all while providing them with enough assistance for their transition such as language school, taxation, housing, and school tuition for their children. There are of course drawbacks in the execution of a Geocentric Staffing Policy. These laws make it harder for businesses to have non-local employees working for their company. It is time consuming and expensive.
