A. In the novel ‘Wonder’ Jack will’s character traits are best expressed as a likeable and trustworthy person or ‘friend’ to August. Jack can be a bit Intrusive as well, like always sneaking around and asking August personal questions.
C. Jack is a very inquisitive person because on page 64 the author has written, ‘Then Jack whispered: “Are you always going to look this way, August? I mean, can’t you get plastic surgery or something?” throughout the chapter Jack has joked about and seems like a fun guy to have around.
E. So August must feel that Jack is a close friend and he can just joke around about his appearance but if it were a different person August may not think their just Joking about, but he might feel that it’s more of an insult.

I think that Jack Will is best described as a kind and likeable person to have around. He’s always telling jokes and acting like a trustworthy friend. August thinks he has a cool and fun friend and feels that he is trustworthy because Jack is always joking about August’s appearance and asking personal questions.
A. In the novel ‘Wonder’ we are leaning more about August from Olivia’s point of view because we get to see how difficult and stressful it was for August to grow up and also for their family to look after August.
C. It was difficult for Via and her family because on page 86 the author wrote in Olivia’s point of view, “I remember very vividly stepping through the door and seeing August running over to welcome me home, and for this tiny fraction of a moment I saw him not the way I’ve always seen him, but the way other people see him.”
E. Via had been on holidays with her grandma and she hadn’t seen August for a couple of weeks. Via maybe isn’t used to staying away from August and not seeing him, so seeing August after a few weeks made her feel different to see August, almost shocked.
S. I think now that I’ve heard Via’s side of the story, you get to see how hard it is living with a deformed person. I also got to see how August has grown up and how his family has been a big booster helping overcome the surgeries and pain in growing
