The healthcare industry in Australia is perpetually in-demand. It has the most rapid increase in professions compare to other industry. According to the census, “around 1.2 million of Australia’s 10 million workers nationwide(11.6%)”1 in 2011 were employed in the healthcare industry. By now, there is no doubt that the rate of the employee will increase by an approximately 20% of the amount from 2011. This is because roughly “22% or 3.2 million new jobs”2 were created in 2017 but due to economic collapse, competitiveness in employment is one of the issues where fresh graduates have to stay alert. Professionals who sacrifice their time providing information and resources to patients, yet patients still tend to misunderstand them and behave the way they consider it’s beneficial. In contrasts, Indigenous people are desperately searching for help. They suffer from a substandard healthcare provided by the government, “a high and die on average, 15 years earlier than non-Aboriginal in Western Australia”4. These are due to cultural barriers, skin differences, and social relationships. They do not receive as much attention as non-Aboriginal from the healthcare industry or government health fund. Around “21 million people (91.5%)”5 had seen at least one health professional in 2014-2015 compared to Indigenous people (8.5%) who had the money to afford a single checkup. Other than that, they are isolated from the urban community and a shortage of Aboriginal doctors available in the area and insufficiency healthcare providers to assist them.The common public health insurance provider used by almost every single household is called Medicare. It ensures everyone has the chance to receive a full payment, while some excess fares are still
