This simulation gave us an idea of what it’s like to be a part of one’s culture. Even some might not like some of their cultural values, they still want to stay within their own culture. The Bafa, Bafa simulation gives us a true sense of identity because we were able to see what other cultures are like and we realize that our culture isn’t all that bad. In the beginning we learned what are cultures were like and we didn’t learn anything else about the other culture. This allowed us to feel comfortable. When we are comfortable, in any situation, we don’t like to adventure out or try new things. Because of this we feel secure with the identity we have in our culture.
