Since its invention somewhere between 600 and 300 BC, math has been the common language spoken amongst all scientists. Math is the deciding factor to whether an idea or scenario can really exist. We can use math to talk about all things, no matter how big or how small. In this worksheet I was asked to solve 11 problems regarding moles. This worksheet shows my organized, detailed, and accurate findings by being easy to read and understand. My handwriting is neat and easily readable, my math is correct, and I am able to explain each step of every problem. This is important because if one's hand writing and organization is not understandable by his peers, then his paper is no good. I prove to be an advanced mathematical problem-solver by being able to solve all of these problems correctly and without much difficulty. The mole is the largest number I have ever worked with and it took me a lot of time to understand what it was representing. Due to my curiosity, I did a lot of research outside of class and learned more about the mole than is really necessary. Having ample amounts of knowledge regarding the mole is very helpful to me because every time I solve a problem containing a mole, I get excited because that information correlates with some interesting facts I learned. Such as when solving any mole problem, I now know that a mole, or 6.02x10²³, was determined by finding the individual charge of an electron and dividing the charge of a mole of electrons by that number.
