Walking into Sephora was a dream come true. I could see makeup as far as my eye could see. I felt like I was Alice in Wonderland, but instead of falling into a never ending hole, I walked into a never ending makeup isle. I browsed through everything and eventually came upon a foundation by Bareminerals. I swatched it on my arm, and realized I loved it, not only was it lightweight, but the shade that I had picked matched me perfectly. Then I begged my mother to buy it. With enough pleading she gave in and let me buy it. I used the foundation any time I did my or someone's else’s makeup, and it always turned out flawless. Why was the foundation so flawless?

Otherwise, the market for the brand will be limited by the range of available shades. The range of shades should include tones for light skinned customers as well as those with darker skin tones. Most brands do offer a range of foundation shades, but like Bareminerals, the range covers a limited area of the spectrum. Ingredients that are bad for the skin are parabens,fragrances and petroleum which causes people to breakout. For instance my cousin used the Mary kay foundation for about two months and she liked it. It was full coverage, the shade matched her skin perfectly and it was easy to apply. Sadly soon enough she realized the bad part of the foundation. The foundation caused her to breakout she realized this because when she stopped using the foundation for a week her skin started clearing up. The bareminerals foundation does not only have great ingredients but it also doesn't cause people with sensitive skin to breakout. When I applied the foundation on to my cousin she didn't breakout even though she has semi-sensitive skin. When I applied it to my friends skin (who usually breaks out she didn't get any type of breakout from the foundation which was surprising because usually she would. So if one were to keep you bareminerals foundation on for the whole night you wouldn't breakout.
Keeping foundation on for 24 hours isn't recommended, but we all hope for that when we buy foundation. Usually when we don't need to fix our foundation throughout the day, it saves us money, product and time. If a product stays on the skin for more than 10 hours and doesn't oxidize like the ysl foundation, than they are good.
