Type your responses to questions 1-3 below. 3. You generally feel “lousy” but are unsure as to what might be causing it. How would you go about figuring what is wrong? What questions would you ask yourself to come to an accurate conclusion? First I would make sure that it is not a medical condition that is making me feel lousy by going to the doctor. When I know there is nothing wrong with me physically than I can start looking at the psychological aspect of why I feel lousy and clarify the problem. Once I know what the problem is than I can do some brainstorming to generate alternative courses of action. My next steps to evaluate my alternatives and select a course of action. During this step I have to consider whether my course of actions are realistic and ask myself if I can achieve the course of action. I would ask myself what are the possible risks involved to manage negative outcomes, what is important to me and which outcomes do I value most to choose the best course of action.
