Bathalt Academy had proven year after year without fail why it was one of the leading facilities in training new recruits. One was guaranteed to run into at least one graduate through the portal. Some of the brightest minds and strongest muscles had been trained there, from warriors wielding weapons twice their size to mages boasting an arsenal capable of wiping out a small city. There were many other facilities training new recruits, some just as prestigious, but none as well known. Out of the hundred or so students in each year, an estimated thirty percent were expected to graduate and proceed through the portal, of that thirty percent, sixty percent were estimated to survive, above average when compared to their closest competitors. Cain and his little sister Alicia had been accepted into Bathalt Academy months previous, though it was going to be their first time visiting the campus. She used her hand to force Cain's head down beside hers. “It’s alright, I did borrow a few of your brothers belongings. I haven’t seen much of the currency from your region” she muttered, disappearing for a split second before reappearing before them. She took the nearly empty pouch from Cain and dropped the rest of his coins in it and slid it into his pocket.
