Introduction
Professional bodies are the professional associations whose are usually nonprofit organizations seeking for particular profession. “A professional body is a group of people in a learned occupation who are entrusted with maintaining control or oversight of the legitimate practice of the occupation.” (Harvey, L. 2004).
Professional body is a trade association as an organized profession for specific industry or field such as accounting, medicine, IT, law, etc. it has some minimum requirements once it is successfully completed they will issue a recognized awarded license for practicing the profession within the same profession (Doctor Of Medicine, Attorney at Law, etc.).These associations are controlling and managing their membership, …show more content…

The Association AITP offers opportunities educationfor ITleadership through their partnerships with government, industry and academia. AITP is a professional organization in the information technology providing leadership, professional development opportunities and personal enhancement and growth.
