I was presented the opportunity to become a manager at Zaxby 's but I didn’t take full advantage of it. How did this experience make you feel? How did it impact your life: change you or your mindset in a significant way? What lesson did you learn from this?
This experience made me feel like I had more opportunity, I could do more as a manager it make me experience a lot of things to become a manger. It did impact my life because, I wouldn’t thought I could become an manger at a fast food restaurant it made me feel like i have accomplished a lot of things because to become a manger it’s hard they would want to expect much to become a manger. It changed my mindset because I could have been over the store, the crew members, I could have experienced a lot of things if I would have took the spot of the manager position. It was some chances I could have gotten but, I didn’t want to become a manger, the main reason I didn 't want to become a manger is for one: it’s more work I have to do, things i think i wouldn 't accomplish, i don 't think that position was the right one for me at that moment.
