Why should you become a midwife? Midwifery is a profession that focuses on providing care and support to women during pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum. Midwives play a crucial role in ensuring that women have access to safe and quality healthcare services during this critical time in their lives. Midwives work closely with women, families, and healthcare providers to promote healthy pregnancies, safe deliveries, and positive birth experiences.
Although there are many positives that come with being a midwife, there are negatives as well. One of the biggest advantages of being a midwife is that they make a great salary.
