Many people struggle with moving away from away from a town that they have called home for years. Though in the long run, one may look for a better place to suit their needs. DeLand, Florida is a much better place to live, compared to Bel Air, Maryland; if one is looking for a relaxed entertaining location. Based on the living conditions, weather conditions, and entertainment DeLand, Florida is an all around better town. A major decision in picking a place to live is of course the homes. Much of the housing in DeLand, Florida is composed of single family homes. Most of the houses, much like all of Florida, are only one floor and have no basement. A lot of the homes have a fair amount of property for gardening, activities, or even to put in a pool. Most of the housing is built to withstand heavy storms, hurricanes, and even the occasional tornado. Bel Air, Maryland has many town homes, apartments, and some single family homes.
