As the diversity in the United States continues to increase, leaders in organization should be someone that is able to believe in others, understand their cultures and have a vision that many would want to support are a few tools a leader must have. Leadership is a fundamental component within all organizations. Its sole purpose and abilities are becoming more complex with increasing interest and participation in globalization and technology development (Punnett, 2004).
