Beowulf has proven that he is fit to be an ideal hero and king. Beowulf has saved many lives by purging evil. He had reigned over the Geats for fifty years. Beowulf is widely respected for what he had accomplished. Even though Beowulf is regarded as a hero, he has faced many hardships. Beowulf went to Herot to face Grendel. He accepted the quest to save the lives of innocent people and to seek fame. Beowulf was very brave about his approach to the monster.
