An effective IT strategy will address if the organization is doing the right thing with technology to meet the most significant business priorities and the delivery of value to stakeholders, if the organization is investing in the right technology initiatives, how the organization measures the real value derived from the implementation of specific technology use, if the IT organization support a successful organization and if the IT strategy supports current and future business needs.
