BWB is a self-support company that creates social, economic, and environmental value (betterworldbooks, 2002). BWB relies on the donation for its primary products. BWB’s work demands vision is inspire, looking forward and broad enough to incorporate the donation from its employees and business partners. BWB current mission is to be a global bookstore that controls the power of capitalism to bring literacy and opportunity to the people around the world (beeterworldbooks, 2002). Passion for literacy is another value of BWB. With their passion, they are focus on people, the planet, and profit. They equally consider to their shareholders, customers, employees, community, and whoever has experienced to change through their community cause. With all of these core values, it is very difficult to do all of them. In support of BWB’s values, the company has set some ideals that help employees, partners, and investors understand how they will go to meet their vision and overall mission. BWB’s values are quite applicable to the company and their success because it simply covers all. Any online seller of this sort business was a large competitive company such as Amazon and eBay. These companies are being well-known; they are able to sell their products at lower prices which are started with price wars between the competitions.
