Cause-and-effect diagrams facilitate visually seeing the causes that lead to the problem at hand, which can improve the chance of correcting the issue. Because many people are visual learners, this important tool can graphically demonstrate a process, which can then be easily corrected. With regard to our Christian faith, the Bible instructs us to “walk by faith, not by sight” (2 Corinthians 5:7, New International Version). Jesus teaches us to believe in spite of the fact we cannot see, as relayed in John 20:29, “Then Jesus told him, ‘Because you have seen me, you have believed; blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed’" (NIV).
