Although motivating factors for individuals are different, the Biblical worldview is the same whether the person is a manager or an employee. While there are a number of questions that determine a person’s worldview such as identity and origin, people tend to discover (or think they discover) their purpose or meaning at work. With this in mind, Christians recognize that their purpose is to know and worship God.
