Data Innovation:
I decided to research football, specifically focusing on how the National Football League would be able to utilize the information gathered from big data (for example: specific player information — speed, acceleration/deceleration, distance traveled, etc. which is only a section of NFL’s “Next Gen. Stats”) to potentially improve their strategies of play and gain knowledgeable statistics which would in the end improve their overall win/loss record. In addition, having the ability and access big data provides will not only help improve a player themselves, but also reduces the chances of suffering an injury or a concussion. The visualize is a representation of how big data can affect the list, if big data offers many specific alternative plays and results, a team, for example, can have major improvements. From that a team's rating and value can boost significantly.
