There are many definitions to an entrepreneur but in a nutshell, an entrepreneur is simply a person who has the ability to convert an idea and / or organise a venture to turn an opportunity into a something successful.
Some of the roles of an entrepreneur are to create new goods and services (as innovators), providing choice of goods and services to the marketplace, providing job opportunities, and helping the economy to grow. There are millions of successful entrepreneurs today who not only have carried these roles but have also contributed towards many charitable causes, research and development and education.

Bill Gates believes is in hard work. Undoubtedly, Bill Gates had the intelligence but he worked very hard since he was young. Because of his interest in computers, he used to work all night on his computer trying to develop / produce something revolutionary. It is reported that during the days when Microsoft was just started, he used get less than 6 hours of sleep a day and yet never missed a day at work. His passion for computers and software was the driving force behind his success.
