Introduction
Bill Gates is a wealthy entrepreneur and philanthropist who when he was a kid was interested in computers. Bill Gates believed in the growth of computers and thanks to his hard work and his friend Paul he made his belief real. He also at one point was the richest man on this earth.
Before Microsoft Bill Gates was born in Seattle Washington, on October 28, 1955.The Gates family was a good one, his father(William Henry Gates jr.) was a lawyer and his mother(Mary Maxwell Gates) was a chairwoman of united way international(stevenson). The two adults brought 3 kids in this world two daughters the oldest, Kristianne Gates and the youngest Libby Gates, And one son, Bill Gates(William Henry Gates III)(pelechuk). Bill Gates had a very close bond with his mother.
Bill Gates mother would take her son along with her when she volunteered in schools and at community organizations(“Bill Gates biography”).
The family was a very competitive one, though Bill Gates did not show signs of competitiveness till later on in life.Bill Gates liked playing board games, his favorite was Risk and he was very good at playing Monopoly. Bill Gates went to a public school most of his childhood till being moved to lakeside preparatory school at 12 years old(Stevenson). Bill Gates Blossomed in almost all of his subjects in school. The Mothers Club used proceeds from the school's rummage sales to buy a terminal for the new computer at lakeside so the children can use it(“Bill Gates Biography”). The computer at lakeside was the first computer Bill Gates ever used it was also at this time Bill Gates got interested in using computers.
