The Bill of Rights The already previously mentioned Bill of Rights which eventually became a segment of the Constitution represent a group or union of different amendments to the Constitution. One of the members of the freshly established and recognized House of Representatives of the United States of America Madison presented 12 amendments towards the Constitution. 10 of them have been accepted and sent towards the states in order to be ratified in 1789. These amendments are known as the Bill of Rights and turned into a constitutional part in 1891. The country has spread its territory throughout a complete continent and as well as that, its population has also increased by a significant amount. These improvements have crossed the expectations of the document known as their Constitution. Throughout time, their Constitution has adapted to the current time period and has not ceased to exist. On contrary to what the constitution succeeded in, the delegates of the Convention and ratification process believed that it was not an ideal version of document. The initial three words of the constitution “We the People…” entail that the reason for the existence of the government is in order to be in favour and good deed of their citizens. The reason or the “why” of the constitution’s existence is outlined in the preamble. The preamble turns towards the aims of improvement and generally the protection of its citizens from any external or internal threats. The following section of the constitution includes the articles. In brief explanation the first article of the US constitution sets up the legislative branch of the government which is the first of the 3 established ones. The second and third articles deal with the executive and judicial branches and explain them in detail. The three branches of government have remained successfully in power and guiding due to the fact that it has been carefully and effectively divided and balances whereby it functions in favour of the rule of majority interests and rights of the minority, equality and liberty of both of the governments, the state and the federal. The subsequent article is article 4 which is on the subject of the states. The succeeding article, article 5 is about the details and specifications regarding the amendments or different changes which would be made to the constitution.
