I am willing to give up the right that, no one tried and found not guilty can be tried again for the same crime. I would give this right up and keep all others because they could actually be guilty.If police find further evidence to prove they did the crime, it could help stop the bad people. And because of this law, they want have to go to jail for the crime. They just get free and not punished for a crime they actually did. I would rather get rid of this law, then get rid of all the other because the other law actually helps us. They help us keep order and freedom in a good way and help us run our country.

Guilty but free With this law it’s preventing people that could actually be guilty of the crime but before were not found guilty not having to be tried again. Being let free with no punishment and get to live a good life while the people that were hurt, killed, or stolen from get no justice. For example, say the judge finds this person innocent of a crime. Right after the judge says those words, that person stands up and tells the whole courthouse that he actually committed the crime. Take the O.J. Simpsons as an example, he was accused of murdering his wife and his wife's friend but was later found innocent. Police later found the possible murder weapon a knife that was missing at the crime scene. And was at Simpson's house with possible DNA evidence. They couldn't tried him twice so the ex-wife's family will never get justice or the truth about what really happened to their daughter. This law is more helping the guilty people than freeing the
