The Bissell Brothers Brewing Company is a beer company that two brothers founded in Portland, Maine in 2013. Before getting the business up and going, Noah Bissell was brewing beer for about a year and half. He eventually started doing it inside his apartment until he made the perfect beer. Peter Bissell has experience on the business side with his background of commercial photography. Between Peter and Noah’s talents and knowledge they were able to get Bissell Brothers Brewing Company up and running in a garage of sorts. With many hoops and hills to pass, they now are relocated to Thompsons Point. Their single taproom is now the biggest in Maine, they have grown and now has a crew of seventeen compared to the beginning of three. The Bissell brothers had a strong yearning to make something from their interests and desires that would become a distinct being; superior than the specific sums of its makers. Their mission statement should be: “To found Bissell Brothers Brewing Company as the chief source of the optimum beer in the state though upholding our adamant values as we cultivate.” Inordinate beer comes from an obligation to be continuously stimulating the acuities of what unique styles of beers can truly develop.
