Bl.Francis Xavier Seelos was a preacher, who preached from Missouri to Rhode Island. He was a very holy man,who lived out many virtues. A Beatitude he lived out was blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of Heaven. One virtue he lived out was to counsel the doubtful because he was known for his confessions. Another virtue practiced by Bl. Seelos was instruct the ignorant, because the would go around and preach. Throughout Bl.Francis Xavier Seelos’ life he practiced and showed the virtues and beatitudes: blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of Heaven, counsel the doubtful, and instruct the ignorant. When you instruct the ignorant you teach people who don’t know about about God about Him. Bl.Seelos lived out this virtue because he was missionary priest. Bl.Francis was a missionary in over 10 states. Bl.Seelos would preach to all people no matter their history. Also he would always be ready to move from one place to another, for places that needed him. This was why Bl.Francis Xavier Seelos was an example to those trying to instruct the ignorant.
