On 04-09-2016 at 0315 hours I noticed a pickup stopped on Main Street about Mulberry Street with the passenger door open. The vehicle then turned onto Mulberry Street and pulled to the side of the road. I made contact with the occupants of the vehicle and was advised by dispatch Jenae Sisson had an active warrant for her arrest. Sisson was placed under arrest and placed into hand restraints which were properly fitting and double locked.

On Wednesday 10-14-15 at approximately 1700 hours I Officer Hildebrand and Sgt. Hard were advised by dispatch that Debra Vanblaricom was at the station asking to talk to an officer. Debra wished to report an assault on her granddaughter. We met with Debra in the Police Department to speak with her. Debra stated that she feared for her granddaughter 's safety.
The charges stem from a March 19 traffic stop near the intersection of County Roads 160 and 77, where a deputy observed a driver failing to yield from a stop sign and then execute a U-turn in the middle of County Road 77, according to Chief Deputy Richard Haun. On 09/06/16 I contacted Robert Beck Jr., with Apple Tree Service, at 3603 Roderweis Road in reference to a criminal mischief call. Mr. Beck said sometime over the nighttime hours someone damaged two of Apple Tree Services trucks that were parked in the parking area of the above address. Mr. Beck said one truck had a hasp cut off of a cargo box and another truck a door bent, from being pried open, on a cargo box. Mr. Beck said there did not appear to be any missing items from either truck. Mr. Beck could not provide any suspect information and estimated the damage to the two vehicles at $200 per vehicle.
The purpose of this report is to document the arrest of Rigoberto Garcia-Martinez (M/H DOB 08/03/85) for, driving under the influence, driving with a BAC of .08 or more, driving a vehicle with unsafe equipment and operating an uninsured vehicle. I (Trooper Castillo #6570) was on patrol at 06:30 a.m. on 05/08/2016 when I observed a Blue Chevy Cobalt with front end damage a leaking fluids traveling southbound on I55 just before the Pulaski exit. I initiated an investigative traffic stop on the blue Chevy Cobalt.
On 04/19/16 at approximately 9:22 AM, Tpr. Mike Harris stopped a white Chevrolet Malibu (Michigan Tag # DES4556) traveling westbound on I-10 at the 4 mile marker, for following too close. Tpr. Harris made a passenger side approach to the vehicle, and asked the driver for his driver’s license and vehicle registration.

Carlus Ingram and P.P.O Harris responded to Interstate 70 Westbound exit ramp at Salisbury Street for a call for a “Department Accident.” After responding they were advised by Driver 2 that he was stationary on Interstate 70 westbound at Walnut Street relative to a call for construction debris on the highway. Driver 1 was traveling westbound on Interstate 70 approaching the rear of Driver 2 patrol vehicle. Upon my arrival to the scene at approximately 1645 hours, I observed the crash scene to be just east of Providence Road along the south side of Lumsden Road and at the east driveway entrance to the Brandon Centre South shopping plaza at 1945 W. Lumsden Rd, Brandon, Florida. Both vehicles came to rest off the roadway only the outside eastbound traffic lane was closed to traffic by Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office patrol units. On the indicated date and time I Deputy Garcia #618055 was assigned to staff station 620 at North County Correctional Facility (NCCF) when I heard a loud thud which is consistent with that of fighting. I saw Inmate Lopes, Juan #3456712 (later identified as suspect/victim 1 (S/V)) and Inmate Henry, Chuck #2345678 (late identified as suspect/victim 2 (S/V)) on the ground by the day room punching each other on their face and torso. I put a radio broadcast of a minor 415 inmates in dorm 623 with my county issued radio (minor 415 is a common radio code in our facility which indicates a fight is in progress or just occurred). I also requested additional personnel, Sergeant and Senior to my location. I ordered S/V1 Lopes and S/V2 Henry to stop fighting and they complied.
On 02/25/2016 at approximately 04:32 hours I was dispatched and responded to the docks to the rear of the seaside inn located at 5330 Treadway Avenue. in the City of Port Richey. Upon arrival I made contact with the complainant/witness Daniel Guess. Daniel stated that he was in the cabin of his boat which was docked in an adjacent slip behind the Seaside Inn. Then, A/M Cabrera made his way to location of the accident to gather the information needed and take pictures. Upon arriving at the location of the incident, A/M Cabrera made contact with Celadon driver Robert Michael Rasppery, driving Celadon tractor 570620, and attempting to pull Celadon trailer 253920.
