Black-ish
I chose to write about Black-ish, a show created and directed by Kenya Barris with Anthony Anderson (Andre Johnson Sr.) and Laurence Fishburne (“Pops” Johnson) being the executive producers. It was given a script commitment by ABC in October 2013. The pilot episode received a greenlight on January 16, 2014.
Main Casts
The main cast are Anthony Anderson (Andre “Dre” Johnson Sr.) - He is an African American advertising executive for an urban company and a father of four children.
Tracee Ellis Ross (Dr. Rainbow “Bow” Johnson) - She is a mixed race surgeon, Dre’s wife, who is usually against most of Andre Sr.’s plans or ideas.
Yara Shahidi (Zoey Johnson) She is the fifteen-year-old (oldest) daughter of Dre and Bow, a very popular, very attractive, and the most social person in this family. However, she is always on her phone and obsessed with media. …show more content…

Miles Brown (Jack Johnson) - He is one half of Dre and Bow’s twins. He is an energetic six-year-old son of this couple, and likes his father a lot.
