Research project Researching and finding information about the Black Lives Matter movement has been an eye-opening experience. In today's society, where racial tensions are high, and cases of police brutality and systemic racism continue to surface, the Black Lives Matter movement has become more crucial than ever before. Through my research, I have come to understand the movement's history, its values, and its impact on society. This social justice movement has sparked a national conversation about police brutality, systemic racism, and the impact of violence on Black individuals. I believe it is a crucial issue that requires attention and action, by educating myself about the movement and its goals, I hope to better understand the experiences of Black individuals and support efforts to achieve racial justice and equality. The research process for the Black Lives Matter movement involved several steps. First, I identified a range of sources to explore, I used diverse search engines and databases to find relevant information, and I also asked my teachers for recommendations for trusted sources. As I read through the articles, I evaluated their quality and relevance to my research question, and I also considered the credibility and biases of the sources. To make note-taking efficient, it is important to have a system in place that works for you. It's important to develop a consistent structure for note-taking, such as using headings and bullet points to categorize information. I prefer using “lean notes” because it is a quick way to summarize a mass amount of information while still getting the importance of the information. By implementing these strategies, note-taking can become an efficient and valuable tool for any research
