Gangs in America have been a problem for public safety for decades and as the years pass by they have become more dangerous, more sophisticated in the crimes they commit against those who are in constant fear of them. A gang known as the bloods has become one the most feared gang predominantly in black neighborhoods, but now they are moving into more urban areas and into major cities like Chicago, Texas, Milwaukee, and even Washington D.C. home of the white house is, stopping this gang has been a task for authorities. The notorious bloods members have been connected to numerous murders around the country some for hire, but most of the senseless murders are against rival gangs over various disagreements or over turfs. It can be found in daily newspapers across the country where murders have been committed by the bloods to show their force of power to rival gangs that nothing is safe no matter where you may live. Prostitution has become one of the latest trades of choice by the bloods to make money. The blood street gang has begun to recruit underage girls from low-income projects or impoverished neighborhoods in major cities and forcing them to sell their bodies for sex these types of acts are even committed just blocks from the white house itself. Girls are lured by the use of drugs and alcohol through the use of social media where gang members post images on Facebook, Instagram, Tweeter painting a pretty picture of themselves having a good time at parties they then invite the young ladies to their place of choice where they are sometimes held against their will sometimes raped and forced to have sex in exchange for money. Prosecuting attorneys have made out this figure of offense committed by the gang and has begun to prosecute members across the country for their involvement in the criminal offense of prostitution. Extortion has been practiced for years by the bloods to earn money and at the same time bring about fear in communities.A small local business in the neighborhood is their main targets. It may start out as providing protection from nearby gang members, but when the threat is no longer present payments for protection never stops simply because of fear or retaliation for them or their family. To become a member of the bloods, one must be jumped in meaning that the person joining will have to endure a severe beating by members for a certain amount of time.Women sometimes go through a different process than men because they have the option of getting jumped in or sexed in meaning the female would have to have sex with multiple members.
