Bo Jackson is legendary in the sports industry. He was considered the greatest athlete in the world. People talk about Bo Jackson to keep the “legend” alive. One of the traits of an epic hero is to be capable of deeds or great strength or courage. Bo Jackson was like a god when it came to strength. He could do things you wouldn't think a human being could do. Such as be thigh high in water and jump out of the water and do a backflip and still land on his feet. He was capable of so many great things. He once threw a football at a scoreboard and hit the top of the score board. As a young boy he was known as a fighter. It means that even though a hero can be celebrated by many countries the world over, his own country must see him as a great and heroic person. Bo jackson was from Bessemer Alabama. But soon after he started playing sports he became wider known. He had a lot of special gifts and talents. He played football, baseball, and track. He was highly intelligent, with great hand/eye coordination.He did have a stutter from his father but he never let that stop him from achieving greatness. He had George Steinbrenner wanting to draft him. Bear Bryant called and offered him a contract too. He said no. He became widely known after becoming one of the first NIKE sports person. After he did the commercial NIKE became number one in the world and the phrase “Bo Knows” became global. He became a multimedia
