In this technical report we are going to analyse a real entrepreneurial problem involving Bombardier. It is a Canadian company specialized in trains and planes manufacturing. Bombardier is a large company with 70,900 employees, headquartered in Montréal. While trains are the main source of profit and bear the weight of the enterprise, planes production has become a financial concern. Bombardier has spent 11 years developing a new commercial airplane float called CSeries, designed to carry 100 to 149 passengers.
