This book called “The Great Gatsby” By F. Scott Fitzgerald is set during the 1920’s of America.The story is about of young man who over the course of a the summer, learns hard truths about people. The narrator during the time is a part of a rich crowd which where the action takes place."Nick Carraway the narrator, who is a determined starter in the city of New York world of money , describes the chances of his arrival in the East and of his discovery that his home is next to that of the wealthy and mysterious Jay Gatsby (who throws crazy parties), and across the ocean from Daisy and Tom Buchanan, a far relative and her husband. All three of them spend the afternoon in the apartment that Tom had bought for them to have fun, which quickly turned into a drunk party. A few days go by, Nick goes to one of Gatsby's crazy parties and is amazed by the size of the crowd and talents of the entertainers. Although he barely got to talk to Gatsby , he notices that Gatsby does have a conversation with Jordan, who later finds out that Gatsby asked her for a favor.
