The Coldest Serial Killer Michael Carter is a young asian man in his early 20’s. He lives alone in a rented beat up apartment in New York City. He’s also known as MC. MC was named the coldest serial killer, and was most wanted because of the killing rage he went on. It all started on Feb. 17th 2005, when both of his parents were assassinated. At a young age, he didn’t know how to react and ever since then killing was his escape. Now the whole world knew who he was. MC had no other option but to steal the identity of Chino Perez. Chino and MC’s descriptions are very similar. One day MC was spotted in the streets and seemed to be carrying an object. The pedestrians were very scared of him because of the blue object he’s carrying. Two officers showed up because of the complaints they’ve received. Minutes later MC receives a phone call from one of his buddies that helped him steal Chino’s identity. They discover that Chino Perez is dead and they have DNA that proves MC is the murderer. Now there's a manhunt for MC. The police officers recognized MC. MC made his move and attacked them but suddenly the S.W.A.T team arrives as backup. Chino made his next move and when the S.W.A.T team got out they found the two officers heads chopped off and on top of the police car. Then MC left behind a note saying. “I got two bodies. You’re all next….look up.” Then suddenly as they look up, Chino fires at them with the blue object firing and killing them all. Then he gets down and chops off more heads to add to his collection. This time the media shows up; CNN, FOX, and BBC all got footage, and New York declared a state of emergency. The Feds spoke through one of the walkie talkies to get a hold of Chino because they knew he was nearby and they
