With the development of technology, the conflict between e-books and paper books is becoming more and more intense. Since both e-books and printed books have their own advantages and disadvantages, the arguments of their supporters can’t produce a convincing result. In order to find out which one is the best, I tried to check some articles and research reports, then I can summarize my conclusions based on them and my own life experience. According to these, I think e-books are not only harmful to health, but also cost us a lot. And the paper book not only has high collection value and cultural value, they also has make advantages to our reading feeling. During this research, I have learned more about reading, and I think these results can be used as a reference for people to choose paper books as their main reading way.

Introduction With the progress of science and technology, more and more new products appear in our daily life. E-books are one of them, as a new type of reading, e-books are much more convenient than traditional paper books, and people can read e-books any time just by their phones or iPads. However, the problem arises, some people suggest that e-books can replace paper books altogether, while some people thinking that e-books destroy the feeling of reading, and they are not good for our health and so on. So how do we choose between e-books and paper books that have both advantages and disadvantages?
