What is leadership? Leadership is when you do the right thing, or stick up for what's right. Anyone can be a leader, you don't need to be chosen. You can be a leader by just doing the right thing and being able to take critiques and treat people with respect. The movie Greater’s main character Brandon Burlsworth shows great leadership.
Brandon Burlsworth was a strong leader because he had a good work ethic and was willing to listen and try new things. Brandon also stood up for himself and others and didn't let anyone change him. Some of the other boys would make fun of Brandon because he had a schedule and did the same thing everyday at the same time. Evan when this was happening Brandon was still kind to them. Bryar is nineteen years old and attends Ohio Wesleyan University. Bryar is a sophomore majoring in psychology and plays football. Bryar lettered in his freshman and sophomore years. He plays defense. His quote about football I will never forget is “I would rather hit people than be hit.” My brother is willing to do anything to help me and his teammates do anything. When he is home he throws softballs to me and watches my swing. He is also my biggest fan. Bryar puts his everything into anything he does and doesn't complain. Bryar is always willing to workout with me and run with me. Growing up we did catching drills against each other to make us better. When I'm upset I always go to him for advice. It might not always be the best but he tries his hardest. I will always look up to Bryar. I will never be able to thank him enough for everything he does for me. Bryar takes me on drives and to softball and jam to music
