Research Paper The Magnificent Sport of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Occasionally, we function in a world where over more than thousands of people are in bad shape and obese, and where untrustworthy people corrupt and have a tremendous crime rate due to the lack of discipline. Innocent people are robbed and violated on their daily bases. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu may be treated just as a sport to the population around the world, but it is further than that, it is a form of life. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is considered one of the best possible physical exercises potential for humans around the world today, this sport involves a sequence of aerobic, cardiovascular and strength training workouts that exercises a human's each part of the human body. The sequence of pull up and pushups and the prestige workout of cross fit will conduct a person to have a stronger core, gain lower body and upper body strength but most importantly an improved higher quality attitude. In advance of any physical improvements that is a result of BJJ is often overlooked by mental improvements. First of all, the sequence of learning a new technique or a new skill consists of a much higher mental activity then it does physically. This sport functions a human's mind like a piece puzzle a person has to put together and modify each part of the body to function at the right stage at a complete intensity. One of the most hidden benefits that Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu has is the hard attempts of drilling, rolling and mostly important the learning. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is like playing a game of chess, before a person performs a move, the other person is already ahead from six to eight different moves of the opponents according to their reaction. It relates to every decision we make. In essence, good intentions are being led by self-defense. Self-discipline is about making the correct decisions in life and preventing the negative influences. People with a different stages of self-discipline are most often to be productive and be able to advance over obstacles, reaching beyond their goals. The great news is that most of the people are able to develop self-discipline. It is not always about the simplest paths or the easy ones. Something we should not fear is self-discipline because the greater self-discipline a person has the closer they are from reaching their goal. It should not be noticed as complicated work but frustrating instead, constantly self-discipline leads to a positive outcome; not only does everyone develop self-discipline during practicing, they also use self-discipline to build performance and motivate teens and children to get off the streets and do the correct thing.
