Overlooking The Power Of Death On August 14th 2002, 12-year-old Brenda Davis was found dead on the corner of East and Avenue Lane, Chicago. Sinclair Bell, a former homicide detective who was present at the scene had stated: “The prominent wounds to her body were a clear indication of sexual harassment. Although we are still unsure of what actually happened, it’s a shame that these incidents are still an ongoing situation.” Asiah Revlem, Brenda’s neighbour also gave us a brief interview of her standpoint of the situation and stated: “Brenda affiliated with the wrong crowds, wrong people and always chose the wrong decisions.
