This is a story about Bethany Hamilton .Bethany Hamilton is a girl that loves to surf. She started surfing when she was 3 years old .Bethany has always been a good surfer but, she used to be amateur and, now she is a pro. Bethany was surfing on Halloween and it all happened. Bethany was attacked by a shark. Bethany Hamilton got attacked by the shark when she was on her board. The shark probably thought that she was a sea turtle or a whale or something. Bethany Hamilton had to be calm so the shark wouldn’t try to attack her any more. Her friends came in to the water after her. They were strong and resilience.
