Summary of the (BPP) The Black Panthers are an african American revolutionary group, founded in 1966 in Oakland, California, by Huey Newton and Bobby Seale and four other friends. The party’s goal was to end oppression in black neighbourhoods that were less privileged and to end injustices of those being killed by law enforcement. The Panthers had a number of big influences from Karl Marx to Malcolm X.
