This event induces massive amounts of trauma to the students and teachers. “Officer Budapest continues, “The cup contained traces of peanut, so it seems clear Simon died from that drink.” This means that someone had put peanuts in his water, or the water source had peanuts in it. This concludes the first mystery, where Simon was murdered. All five, Addy, Cooper, Bronwyn, Nate, and Simon go to detention for playing a prank. Simon committed suicide by triggering an allergic reaction to peanut oil. He took all of the Epi-Pens out of the nurse’s office and his backpack.
