Carmical could not provide serial numbers for the missing firearms or descriptions of the jewelry at the time of this report. Mr. Carmical stated he is 81 years old and he may have a hard time remembering what exactly he had. Mr. Carmical did say he would work on a more detailed list of items taken to be given to the Sheriff’s Office at a later date. Inv. On March 16th, detectives were able to obtain a search warrant for Owens’ home after he admitted to breaking into the home of the Codd’s and stealing the items found on Donna drive, where they found dismembered and charred human remains in the home’s wood stove. In an interview on March 16, 2015, Owens reportedly admitted to running over the couple with their truck while he was attempting to help them free the vehicle. Supposedly the Codds were standing in front of his truck to help with the extraction when he accidentally hit the accelerator and ran over both of them. On August 2, 2009, David Leon Riley who belong to the Lincoln Park gang in San Diego, California open fire with others on a rival gang member that was driving past them. They then got into Riley’s Oldsmobile and drove away. The police pulled over driving a different car on August 20, 2009 for having expired registration tags, because Riley was driving with a suspended driver’s license, the required police policy is for the car to be impounded. Before any car is impounded, the police are required to perform a inventory search to make sure it has all the components at the time of the search, to protect against liability claims in the future, and to find hidden contraband. Police found 2 firearms and arrested Riley for possession of firearms.
On Tuesday November 12, 1963 Ponyboy Curtis and Johnny Cade go missing after the scene of Bob Sheldon’s murder. The two boys were seen running by the the park just before the incident, witnesses say that there had been a gang fight including Curtis, Cade, and Sheldon. Police believe Curtis and Cade are on the run because of the devastation last night. Police caution everyone in the area of Tulsa of Ponyboy Curtis and Johnny Cade as we are unaware if they are armed with weapons.

An Centerville man in connection with the fatal shooting that took place last night at the Fandago Bar & Grill last night was captured and is now in custody. Frederick Johnson, 32, was identified by the detectives as the shooter of the crime. Police had tracked him down at his apartment on Barboza Street just a few blocks from the bar but was not there until earlier this morning. “Johnson confessed to the detectives that he was selling cocaine to the victim, Peter Wickham, press secretary for the mayor, but claims that the shooting was an accident,” said Lt. Jane Orthlieb of the CenterVilled Police department. Johnson and Wickham were arguing over the money but began to get into a shoving match.
He stated there were three (3) officers at the scene, "Sergeant Eill", in plain clothes, an "Offi cer Picks", in uniform, and the "arresting officer". He stated that when he was arrested he had his camera bag which was has a shoulder strap, and was secured around his waist. Inside of the bag, was a camera, audio recording equipment, and $150 in cash (3 $50 bills). Upon his arrest he was searched briefly at the scene, and placed in a "marked car" and transported to TD30 station house. The officers did not search his bag at the scene.
