Brown County
Have you you ever wondered what it would be like to camp in the fall? Camping in the fall is fun, beautiful, and exciting. Brown County, Indiana is the right place for you. Brown County is located in Southern Indiana. It has a state park and many campgrounds. It is also close to Little Nashville. Little Nashville is a very popular town. The main street there is full of fun shops to go in. My family and I went for the weekend to Brown County, Indiana. We pulled our camping trailer to a campground called Westward Ho. Westward Ho is a small campground near Little Nashville and Brown County State Park. We got a lot right on their shiny lake. After we set up our small trailer, we started to build a fire. I gathered big and small sticks to throw into the fire. It was around 6:30 so I was getting hungry. When the fire began to take off, I went inside our camper and grabbed a packet of cold hot dogs. I put the hot dogs on the poke sticks and began to cook them over the fire. The smell of the hot dogs made me want to eat more and more. My Aunt Ronda, Uncle Martin, and their kids Samantha, Zack and Zack’s girlfriend, Joyclyn showed up. They pulled into the lot beside, directly across the street from us. I ran over to their camper to help them set up so we could get it done before dark. When we finished helping set up their camper we went back over to ours and packed up our chairs because it was going to storm. It started to sprinkle so we went inside. I put my pink star pajamas on and made me some buttery popcorn. While the popcorn was popping I turned the table into my bed. By the time I was done the microwave beeped, which meant the popcorn was done. When I opened up the microwave the buttery smell of the popcorn made my mouth water. It was 10:30 when I was getting tired, so I dumped the popcorn kernels out into the trash can and went to
