It is a graphical representation of the business process using standard objectives. Models can be very in depth or very simple. For example, if you are looking at a billing process, you may choose how the records receivable assistant should handle the case of an invalid postal code. By automating business processes utilizing Laser-fiche Workflow, organizations around the globe have increased productivity and cut costs. Prior to implementing the business process, you should first test any and all models to ensure that they are as simple, logical and consistent as possible (Slusarz). You don’t want anything that is going to cause for greater issues by making the process to long or overdrawn. Sometimes a simpler model is the greater solution. Current Business Process Model The business process model bewlow is one that is used at my brothers business. He does online ordering for different types of technololgical parts, accessories, products, etc. This starts from the customer placing order and after the order is placed it goes to the sales department, and they process the order to the delivery department. The delivery department delivers the goods. If the goods are delivered successfully to the customer then issue receipt and order is completed. In the case that delivery is unsuccessful then the customer is contacted for re-delivery or
