Bubble Bee is the premier manufacturer of Bath and Body treatments inspired by nature. All Bubble Bee products are made from ingredients naturally found and powered by nature, free of pesticides and insecticides packaged using state of the art biodegradable packaging and sold at a reasonable price. Established in 1991 and headquarter in Oregon, Bubble Bee currently sell their bath products exclusively online and through a natural retail chain store suppliers such as Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods. Recently, Bubble Bee began developing its five year plan to expand abroad based on their online and retail successes. Initial Sales territory planning included Australia, United Kingdom, Japan and South America but historical data showed the most purchase activity occurred in Sidney Australia. Each identified retail chain supplier must possess similar mission and vision or be willing to adhere to Bubble’s mission and purpose. Any agreements must begin with this initial alignment prior to proceeding to the second step. The second step will include identifying new sources of revenues and explore opportunities such as seeking other retail avenues such as shopping centers and malls, establish potential partnerships in the development of current products with native plants to maintain one of Bubble Bee’s core principle of innovation. The third step will involve developing accounts, establish distribution plans and establish sales goals. To do this, Bubble Bee will be devising a marketing and advertising plan.
